If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days , starting from the date of receipt of the package, to return/replace your products.

  2. Inside the email write: Name, Surname, order number and list the reason for the return/exchange .
  3. Place the products inside the original box or an equally sturdy one. Make sure to remove the previous vehicle labels and replace them with the return one. The Product(s) must be returned in their original condition.
  4. Go to the nearest post office to send the package. The return address is as follows: I'M NOT THEM DI CARLO DI CARLUCCIO, Via Casa Guidetti, 16, 81020, Capodrise (CE), Italy.
  5. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your items and when the refund is issued, the exchange will be sent as soon as the order you sent to us (I'M NOT THEM) has been inspected.

    Shipping costs incurred for returning/exchanging products are the responsibility of the end customer.

    Once received in the warehouse, the return will be processed and if it complies with the required conditions, credited back to the type of payment used at the time of purchase.
    You will receive a confirmation email when the return is successfully completed. Express shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
