ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays).

Delivery times will be calculated from the date your order is shipped, unless otherwise stated. We work closely with our shipping partner to keep delivery delays to a minimum. However, before we can ship your purchases, we need to match your details with your credit card company. We will try to keep delays to a minimum. Delivery time starts from the time your order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period during which items are collected and dispatched from our warehouse. This process may take longer during sales or other times of the year with particularly high order volumes.

  • The costs for cash on delivery for Italy amount to €6.99.
  • For purchases over €80, shipping with cash on delivery is free.
  • Shipping costs for Italy are €3.99.
  • For purchases over €50 shipping is free.
